| [摘要] 目的 探索冷圈套息肉切除术（CSP）在治疗结直肠小息肉中的优势。方法 回顾收集安徽医科大学附属宿州医院消化内科2020年10月至2023年2月结直肠小息肉患者208例，观察组85例、对照组123例，观察组行CSP术，对照组行内镜下黏膜切除术。比较两组患者手术时间、住院时间及术后并发症如腹痛、发热及出血。 结果 观察组手术时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。对于≤0.5 cm息肉，观察组手术时间及住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。 结论 CSP手术时间短，住院费用低，增强患者舒适度，值得临床推广。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To investigate the strength of cold snare polypectomy (CSP) in the treatment of small colorectal polyps. Methods A total of 208 patients with small colorectal polyps in the Department of Gastroenterology of Suzhou Hospital of Anhui Medical University from October 2020 to February 2023 were retrospectively collected, and they were divided into the observation group (n=85) and the control group (n=123). The observation group was treated with CSP operation, while the control group was treated with endoscopic mucosal resection. The operation time, hospitalization time and postoperative complications such as abdominal pain, fever and bleeding were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). For polyps≤ 0.5 cm, the operation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion CSP has the strengths of short operation time and low hospitalization cost, which can enhance the comfort of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
