| [摘要] 目的 探讨血清尿酸水平与支气管哮喘的关系，为相关治疗提供参考价值。 方法 计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science及CNKI数据库发表的血清尿酸水平与支气管哮喘相关研究，采用Review Manager 5.4及Stata 12.0软件进行meta分析。 结果 共纳入9项研究，共1053例哮喘患者和876例健康对照。结果显示，哮喘患者血清尿酸水平高于健康对照组[WMD=64.22，95%CI（3.75，124.68），P=0.04]。进行亚组分析发现<18岁哮喘人群血清尿酸水平较平均水平高。血清尿酸水平与哮喘严重程度有关[轻度vs.中重度：WMD=-81.37，95%CI（-138.82，-23.92），P=0.006]。急性发作期的血清尿酸水平相对于慢性持续期更高 [WMD=149.25，95%CI（107.87，190.63），P < 0.01]。 结论 血清尿酸水平与哮喘有关，血清中尿酸的水平越高，哮喘严重程度越明显，且急性发作期尿酸水平高于慢性持续期。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To explore the relationship between serum uric acid level and bronchial asthma, and to provide reference value for related treatment. Methods The research on the relationship between serum uric acid level and bronchial asthma published in PubMed, Embase, Web of Science and CNKI databases was searched by computer, and the meta-analysis was conducted by using Review Manager 5.4 and Stata 12.0 software. Results 9 studies were included, including 1053 asthma patients and 876 healthy controls. The results showed that the serum uric acid level of asthma patients was higher than that of healthy controls (WMD=64.22, 95%CI [3.75, 124.68], P=0.04). Subgroup analysis showed that the serum uric acid level of asthmatic people under 18 years old was higher than the average level. Serum uric acid level was related to the severity of asthma (mild vs. moderate severity: WMD=-81.37, 95%CI [-138.82, -23.92], P=0.006). The level of serum uric acid in acute episode was higher than that in chronic duration (WMD=149.25, 95%CI [107.87, 190.63], P < 0.01). Conclusion Serum uric acid level is related to asthma. The higher the serum uric acid level, the more obvious the severity of asthma and the uric acid level in acute attack is higher than that in chronic duration. |
