[摘要] 肾性骨病(ROD)是指继发于慢性肾功能下降导致机体矿物质代谢的改变,是一种涉及骨转换、矿化和强度失调的复杂病症,伴有软组织和血管钙化;其具体的发病机制不明。ROD发生发展的主要因素包括钙磷代谢紊乱、继发性甲状旁腺机能亢进、维生素D缺乏、甲状旁腺激素通路、骨形态发生蛋白通路、无翅相关的小鼠乳腺肿瘤病毒整合位点/β-连环蛋白通路、Klotho-成纤维细胞生长因子23通路、核因子-κB受体活化因子配体/核因子-κB受体活化因子/骨保护素通路等信号通路调节异常,发病机制间相互影响。本文综述ROD的发生机制,以期为ROD患者的防治提供新方法。 |

[Abstract] Renal osteopathy (ROD) refers to the change of mineral metabolism secondary to chronic renal function decline, which is a complex disease involving bone transformation, mineralization and intensity imbalance, accompanied by calcification of soft tissues and blood vessels. Its specific pathogenesis is unknown. The main factors contributing to the occurrence and development of ROD include disturbances in calcium and phosphorus metabolism, secondary hyperparathyroidism, vitamin D deficiency, parathyroid hormone pathway, bone morphogenetic protein pathway, wingless mouse breast tumor virus integration site/β - catenin pathway, Klotho fibroblast growth factor 23 pathway, and abnormal regulation of signaling pathways such as nuclear factor-κB receptor activator ligand/nuclear factor κB receptor activator/osteoprotegerin pathway. The pathogenesis is interdependent. The pathogenesis of ROD is summarized in this paper, so as to provide new methods for the prevention and treatment of patients with ROD. |
