[摘要] 随着全球人口老龄化进程的加速,阿尔茨海默病(AD)已经成为危害我国乃至全球老年人群健康的重大公共卫生问题之一,目前缺乏有效的治疗措施。鸢尾素是一种和运动相关的激素,这种激素在调节炎症反应、氧化应激以及海马突触可塑性等方面具有重要作用。本文描述了运动因子鸢尾素在改善AD认知障碍中的作用机制。鸢尾素通过上调神经营养因子,抑制氧化应激和神经炎症,改善血脑屏障功能减轻神经元凋亡来增强学习记忆能力。 |

[Abstract] With the acceleration of global population aging, Alzheimer’s disease (AD) has become one of the major public health problems that endanger the health of the elderly in China and even the whole world, and there is no effective treatment now. Irisin is a hormone related to motion, which plays an important function in regulating inflammatory response, oxidative stress and synaptic plasticity in hippocampus. The function mechanism of irisin as a motion factor in the improvement of cognitive impairment in AD is described in this review. Irisin enhances learning and memory ability by up-regulating neurotrophic factors, inhibiting oxidative stress and neuroinflammation, improving blood-brain barrier function and reducing neuron death. |
