| [摘要] 目的 探究在新生儿重症监护室（NICU）早产儿照护中应用家庭参与型护理（FIcare）模式的作用。 方法 将厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院新生儿科自2021年10月至2023年10月收治的80例NICU早产儿患者纳入研究。采用随机数表法分为试验组、参照组，每组各40例。参照组行一般护理，试验组加用家庭参与式护理。比较两组家属基础护理知识、家属基础护理能力、家属内在照护需求满足程度及家属护理满意程度。 结果 试验组家属基础护理知识中喂养方式、病情观察、发育情况及早产儿知识评分均高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；试验组家属基础护理能力中哺乳、洗澡、穿衣及换尿布评分均高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；试验组家属内在照护需求满足程度中医护人员情感支持、家属内在情感舒适、照护内容获取、早产儿亲近、病情保证评分均高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；试验组家属护理满意程度高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。 结论 FIcare模式能够提高NICU早产儿家属的基础护理知识水平及基础护理能力水平，加强家属内在照护需求程度，促进家属护理满意程度提高。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of applying family integrated care (FIcare) mode in the care of preterm infants in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Methods A total of 80 preterm infants admitted to the Department of Neonatology of Women and Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from October 2021 to October 2023 in the NICU were included in the study. They were divided into the test group and the control group using the randomized numerical table method, with 40 infants in each group. The control group was given general care. On this basis, family integrated care was added to the test group. The family members’ knowledge of basic care, family members’ competence in basic care, degree of fulfillment of family members’ intrinsic care needs, and degree of satisfaction of family members’ care were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of family members’ knowledge of basic care in terms of feeding pattern, condition observation, development and knowledge of preterm infants were higher in the test group than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The scores of family members’ competence in basic care in terms of breastfeeding, bathing, dressing and diaper changing were higher in the test group than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The scores of the degree of fulfillment of family members’ intrinsic care needs in terms of emotional support of medical personnel, intrinsic emotional comfort of family members, access to care content, closeness to preterm infants, and assurance of condition were higher in the test group than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The degree of satisfaction of family members’ care was higher in the test group than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The FIcare mode can improve the level of basic nursing knowledge and the level of basic nursing competence of family members of preterm infants in NICU, strengthen the degree of family members’ intrinsic care needs, and promote theimprovement of the degree of satisfaction of family members’ care. |
