[摘要] 目的 调查分析医学类院校学业预警现状及影响因素。 方法 本研究于2024年2—3月对安徽省4所医学类院校在校学生开展关于学业预警的问卷调查。调查内容主要包括一般人口学特征、学业预警的原因、政策知晓率和态度以及收到学业预警时希望得到的帮扶措施。使用二元logistic回归分析学业预警的影响因素。 结果 本研究共调查安徽省内4所医学院校在校学生870名。发现基础知识薄弱,兼职,社团活动多,沉迷网络游戏,难以适应大学学习模式,学习任务重,学习压力大影响因素与学业预警有关(P < 0.05);沉迷网络游戏(OR=1.707;95%CI:1.255~2.320,P < 0.05)、难以适应大学学习模式(OR=1.890,95%CI:1.417~2.522,P < 0.01)与学业预警呈正相关;在被调查的学生中,仅有8.62%的同学“完全了解”学校学业预警政策;当学生收到预警时,有80.80%的同学选择网络查找的方式获取帮助。 结论 医学院校在校学生学业预警的影响因素较多,要多角度、多维度提出针对性的学困生纾困举措,为补齐医学类人才高质量培养短板建言献策。 |

[Abstract] Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo and impacting factors of academic warning in medical colleges. Methods A questionnaire survey on academic warning in students in 4 medical universities in Anhui Province from February to March 2024 was conducted in this research. General demographic characteristics, reasons for academic warnings, policy awareness and attitudes, and the desired assistance measures when receiving academic warnings were mainly included in this survey. Binary logistic regression was used to analyze the impacting factors of academic warning. Results A total of 870 school students from 4 medical universities in Anhui Province were surveyed in this research. It was found that impacting factors of weak basic knowledge, frequent part-time jobs and club activities, addiction to online games, difficulty adapting to the university learning mode, heavy learning tasks, and high learning pressure were related to academic warnings (P < 0.05); Addiction to online games (OR=1.707, 95%CI: 1.255-2.320, P < 0.05) and difficulty adapting to university learning mode (OR=1.890, 95%CI: 1.417-2.522, P < 0.01) were positively correlated with academic warning; In the surveyed students, only 8.62% of them “fully understand” the school’s academic warning policy; When students receive warnings, 80.80% of them chose to search online for help. Conclusion There are many factors that impact the academic warning of medical university students. It is necessary to propose targeted relief measures for students with learning difficulties from multiple perspectives and dimensions, and provide suggestions for filling the gaps in high-quality training of medical talents. |
