[摘要]目的 探讨基于中华护理学会团体标准的小规模限制性在线课程(SPOC)结合导师制带教模式在重症医学科(ICU)轮转护士培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年10月至2023年9月在枣庄市胸科医院ICU轮转的66名护士作为研究对象,按入科时间分为观察组与对照组,每组各33名。对照组采用常规带教模式,观察组采用基于中华护理学会团体标准的SPOC结合导师制带教模式。两组培训结束后,对两组轮转护士的理论及实践操作成绩、临床护理综合能力评分、轮转护士对临床培训效果评价得分进行比较分析。结果 观察组轮转护士理论及实践操作成绩、临床护理综合能力各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.001);除职业认同感外,观察组轮转护士对培训效果的各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 基于中华护理学会团体标准的SPOC结合导师制带教模式有助于提高轮转护士的护理考核成绩和临床护理综合能力,具有较高的满意度,值得在ICU中推广应用。 |

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the application effect of small private online courses (SPOC) combined with tutorial system teaching model based on the Chinese Nursing Association group standard in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) rotation nurse training. Methods From October 2022 to September 2023, a total of 66 nurses rotating in ICU of Zaozhuang Chest Hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the time of admission, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was trained by routine teaching mode, while the observation group was trained by SPOC combined with tutorial system teaching mode based on Chinese Nursing Association group standard. After the training of the two groups, the theory scores and practical operation scores, the scores of comprehensive clinical nursing competence of the two groups of rotating nurses, and the scores of the rotating nurses’evaluation of the effectiveness of clinical training were compared and analyzed. Results The theory scores, practical operation scores, and the scores of comprehensive clinical nursing competence in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.001). Except for professional identity, the rotation nurses in the observation group scored higher training effects than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion SPOC combined with tutorial system teaching model based on Chinese Nursing Association group standard is helpful to improve the nursing assessment scores of rotation nurse and their comprehensive clinical nursing ability, which has high satisfaction and is worth popularizing and applying in ICU. |
