      [摘要] 目的 分析以案例为基础的教学(CBL)联合情景模拟教学在急诊住院医师规范化培训中的应用价值。 方法 选取2021年2月至2022年2月在潍坊医学院附属医院(本院)急诊科进行规范化培训的31名住院医师作为对照组,培训中行常规教学模式;选取2022年3月至2023年3月在本院急诊科进行规范化培训的31名住院医师作为观察组,培训中行CBL联合情景模拟教学模式,比较两组的培训效果、临床思维能力、综合能力及对培训工作的满意情况。 结果 观察组培训后的理论知识、实操成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组培训后的临床思维能力为(94.13±11.38)分,高于对照组的(81.57±10.61)分,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组培训后的迷你临床演练评估量表(Mini-CEX)、中文版评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组对于培训工作的总满意率为96.77%,高于对照组的80.65%,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 CBL联合情景模拟教学在急诊住院医师规范化培训中的应用可取得显著效果,不仅能提高培训效果,增强临床思维能力及综合能力,而且还能提高住院医师对培训工作的满意度。

      [Abstract] Objective To analyze the application value of case-based learning (CBL) combined with scenario simulation teaching in standardized training of emergency resident physicians. Methods A total of 31 resident physicians who underwent standardized training in the emergency department of Affiliated Hospital of Weifang Medical University (our hospital) from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the control group, and routine teaching mode was adopted during the training. And the 31 resident physicians who underwent standardized training in the emergency department of our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the observation group, and a CBL combined scenario simulation teaching mode was adopted during the training. The training effectiveness, clinical thinking ability, comprehensive ability, and satisfaction with the training work between the two groups were compared. Results The theoretical knowledge and practical performance of the observation group after teaching were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The clinical thinking ability score of the observation group after teaching was (94.13±11.38) points, which was higher than that of the control group (81.57±10.61) points, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The scores of the mini-clinical exercise assessment (Mini-CEX) and the critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version (CTDI-CV) in the observation group after teaching were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group with training work was 96.77%, which was higher than the control group’s 80.65%, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of CBL combined with scenario simulation teaching in standardized training of emergency resident physicians can achieve significant results. It can not only improve training effectiveness, enhance clinical thinking ability and comprehensive ability, but also enhance resident physician satisfaction with training work.
