      [摘要] 目的 研究结直肠癌高危人群筛查问卷与硫酸类肝素蛋白多糖(SDC2)基因甲基化检测联合筛查对医务工作者结肠镜依从性的影响及其相关因素。 方法 2021年1月至2022年12月以中国中医科学院西苑医院医务工作者作为研究对象,收集结直肠癌高危人群筛查问卷和SDC2基因甲基化试剂盒结果,评定高危人群并提醒进行肠镜检查,分析肠镜依从性以及影响因素。 结果 本研究共纳入771人并全部完成结直肠癌高危人群筛查问卷,其中604人接受SDC2基因甲基化检测,联合筛查后高危人群中肠镜依从性为22.91%,经多因素分析后,联合筛查高危人群中肠镜依从性与SDC2基因甲基化检测高危有关(OR=174.167,P < 0.001)。 结论 联合筛查肠镜依从性较低,医务工作者对于结直肠癌筛查缺乏重视,单独使用SDC2基因甲基化检测能有效提高肠镜依从性。

      [Abstract] Objective To investigate the combined screening of colorectal cancer high-risk population screening questionnaire and heparan sulphate proteoglycans (syndecan-2, SDC2) gene methylation detection on the compliance of medical workers with colonoscopy and its related factors. Methods From January 2021 to December 2022, medical workers at Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were selected as the study subjects. Screening questionnaires and SDC2 gene methylation test kits were collected from high-risk populations for colorectal cancer, and high-risk populations were assessed and reminded to undergo colonoscopy. Colonoscopy compliance and influencing factors were analyzed. Results A total of 771 individuals were included in this study and all completed the screening questionnaire for high-risk populations of colorectal cancer. Among them, 604 individuals underwent SDC2 gene methylation testing. After combined screening, the compliance rate of colonoscopy in high-risk populations was 22.91%. After multiple factor analysis, it was found that colonoscopy compliance in high-risk populations was associated with high risk of SDC2 gene methylation testing (OR=174.167, P < 0.001). Conclusion The combined screening colonoscopy compliance is low and medical workers lack attention to colorectal cancer screening. The use of SDC2 gene methylation testing alone can effectively improve colonoscopy compliance.
