[摘要] 目的 探讨口腔种植修复中实施口内数字化印模技术的临床效果。 方法 研究参与对象为112例单颗种植牙修复患者,2022年12月至2023年12月钦州市第二人民医院所收治,基于随机数表法分为两组。对照组纳入56例予以传统硅橡胶印模技术和二氧化锆全瓷修复,观察组纳入56例实施口内数字化印模技术结合计算机辅助设计和辅助制作技术(CAD/CAM)全瓷冠修复。比较两组的临床印模操作、修复体戴入调磨时间、患者对印模操作过程不良反应评价、修复效果评价。 结果 观察组的临床印模操作、修复体戴入调磨时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);观察组的印模操作过程视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);观察组的修复体形态、边缘适合性、咬合面磨损情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 在单颗种植牙修复中应用口内数字化印模技术,可提高印模制取及调戴效率,并减轻患者疼痛,提高治疗的舒适度,且满足各项功能及美观度的需求。 |

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effects of intraoral digital impression technique in oral implant restoration. Methods A total of 112 patients with single implant restoration admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Qinzhou from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into 2 groups, the control group and the observation group, based on the randomized numerical table method. In the control group, 56 patients were treated with traditional silicone rubber impression technique and zirconium dioxide all-ceramic restorations. In the observation group, 56 patients were treated with restoration of all-ceramic crowns using intraoral digital impression technique combined with computer-aided design and manufacturing. The two groups were compared in terms of the clinical impression operation, the time of restoration insertion, adjustment and grinding, patients’ adverse reactions to the impression operation process, and the restoration effect evaluation. Results The clinical impression operation and time of restoration insertion and time of restoration insertion, adjustment and grinding were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The score of visual analogue scale of the impression operation process was lower in the observation group than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The morphology of restoration, marginal adaptation, and occlusal surface wear were better in the observation group than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of intraoral digital impression technique in single implant restoration can improve the efficiency of impression taking and adjusting, reduce patients’ pain, improve the comfort of treatment, and satisfy the needs of various functions and aesthetics. |
