| [摘要]目的 探讨自体富血小板血浆注射对膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年7月至2023年12月南平市人民医院中医骨伤科收治的150例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象，应用随机数表法分成常规治疗组（药物治疗+电针治疗）、自体富血小板组（自体富血小板血浆注射）、联合治疗组（自体富血小板血浆注射+药物治疗+电针治疗），每组各50例。治疗1疗程（2周）后，比较各组的视觉模拟评分法（VAS）、Lysholm膝关节评分系统（LSK）、美国特种外科医院膝关节功能（HSS）以及日常生活活动能力评定量表（ADL）评分。结果 治疗前，三组VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；治疗后，联合治疗组VAS评分低于常规治疗组、自体富血小板组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗前，三组LSK、HSS、ADL评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；治疗后，联合治疗组LSK、HSS、ADL评分高于常规治疗组、自体富血小板组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论 在膝骨关节炎的临床治疗中，基于常规治疗实施自体富血小板血浆注射疗法可以获得良好的治疗效果。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of autologous platelet-rich plasma injection in knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 150 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Nanping People’s Hospital from July 2021 to December 2023 were selected for the study. They were divided into the conventional treatment group (medication+electroacupuncture), the autologous platelet-rich group (autologous platelet-rich plasma injection), and the combined treatment group (autologous platelet-rich plasma injection + medication + electroacupuncture) according to randomized digital table method, with 50 patients in each group. The visual analogue scale (VAS), Lysholm knee score (LKS), hospital for special surgery knee score (HSS), and activities of daily living scale (ADL) scores of each group were compared after 1 course of treatment (2 weeks). Results Before treatment, the VAS scores of the three groups were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). After treatment, the VAS score of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the conventional treatment group and the autologous platelet-rich group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of LSK, HSS and ADL scores among the three groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, the LSK, HSS and ADL scores of the combined treatment group were higher than those of the conventional treatment group and autologous platelet-rich group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis, satisfactory therapeutic effects can be obtained by implementing autologous platelet-rich plasma injection based on conventional treatment. |
