| [摘要] 目的 以中国知网检索到的有关于糖尿病足溃疡的相关文献为基础，运用CiteSpace可视化分析该领域的研究热点及发展趋势。 方法 纳入中国知网数据库中与糖尿病足溃疡相关主题文献，检索时间为1988年1月至2022年10月，利用CiteSpace绘制知识图谱并进行分析。 结果 有关糖尿病足溃疡研究的年发文量总体呈上升趋势；其中发文量最多的作者有许樟荣、柳国斌、冉兴无等学者；研究主要集中于对其危险因素、创面愈合、负压封闭引流、自体富血小板凝胶、高压氧等的探讨。 结论 近几年各学者之间合作明显减少，机构合作地域之间具有明显的界限，且关于糖尿病足溃疡的研究主要集中于西医方面，虽近几年涌现以中医药治疗糖尿病足溃疡的文献，但相较于西医仍较为单薄，且缺乏创新见解。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To analyze visually by CiteSpace the research hotspots and development trends in this field based on the related literature about diabetic foot ulcer retrieved by China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). Methods Literature related to diabetic foot ulcer was included in the database of CNKI, and the retrieval time was from January 1988 to October 2022. The knowledge map was drawn and analyzed by CiteSpace. Results The number of articles on diabetic foot ulcer research was generally on the rise. Among them, the authors who published the most articles were scholars of Xu Zhangrong, Liu Guobin, Ran Xingwu et al. The research mainly focused on its risk factors, wound healing, negative pressure closed drainage, autologous platelet-rich gel, hyperbaric oxygen and so on. Conclusion In recent years, the cooperation between scholars has obviously decreased, and there are obvious boundaries between the regions of institutional cooperation. The research on diabetic foot ulcer mainly focuses on western medicine. Although the literature on treating diabetic foot ulcer with traditional Chinese medicine has emerged in recent years, it is still relatively thin and lacks innovative ideas compared with western medicine. |
