| [摘要] 手掌参作为一种重要的蒙药材，具有多种药理活性，对多种疾病具有预防和治疗作用。本文首先介绍手掌参的形态特征、我国的分布情况和种类及其基原、性味归经、药效与临床应用的本草考证；然后探讨手掌参中不同炮制方法对其药效的影响，根据手掌参中丰富的化学成分进而讨论其多种药理作用及临床研究。未来，还需要进一步深入研究手掌参的活性成分及其作用机制，为手掌参的临床应用提供更加科学的依据，促进手掌参在蒙药领域的广泛应用和推广。 |

| [Abstract] As an important Mongolian medicinal material, gymnadenia conopsea has a variety of pharmacological activities and has preventive and therapeutic efficacy on many diseases. Firstly, the morphological characteristics, distribution and species in China, and herbal textual research on its origin, nature and taste, efficacy and clinical application were introduced in this paper. Then, the impacts of different processing methods on its efficacy were investigated, and its various pharmacological effects and clinical research were discussed because of its rich chemical composition. In the future, it is necessary to further study the active components and their function mechanism of gymnadenia conopsea, so as to provide a more scientific basis for the clinical application of gymnadenia conopsea and promote its wide application and popularization in the field of Mongolian medicine. |
