[摘要]冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病正威胁着我国居民的身体健康,其发病机制是冠状动脉血管内皮细胞被破坏,影响内膜的保护作用,使血管壁上的脂肪堆积,造成冠状动脉的管腔狭窄甚至堵塞,最终引发心肌细胞缺血缺氧而死亡,此过程被称为动脉粥样硬化。动脉粥样硬化的发展和斑块破裂都受到炎症的影响,因此探索更多可能参与动脉粥样硬化形成过程的炎症生物标志物具有重要的临床价值。研究表明,脂蛋白(a)、基质金属蛋白酶9、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值均参与炎症过程,且与动脉粥样硬化的发生与发展存在相关性,本文就它们与动脉粥样硬化的关系进行综述。 |

[Abstract] Coronary atherosclerosis heart disease is threatening the health of China residents. Its pathogenesis is the destruction of endothelial cells in coronary artery, which impacts the protective effect of intima, makes the fat on the vascular wall accumulate, causes the lumen of coronary artery to narrow or even block, and finally causes myocardial cells to die of ischemia and hypoxia. This process is called atherosclerosis. The development of atherosclerosis and plaque rupture are greatly impacted by inflammation, so it is of great clinical value to investigate more inflammatory biomarkers that may participate in the formation of atherosclerosis. Research have shown that lipoprotein (a), matrix metalloproteinase-9 and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio are all involved in the inflammatory process, and they are related to the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis. This article reviews their relationship with atherosclerosis. |
