[摘要]细胞焦亡作为一种炎症性细胞死亡方式,在心脏炎症反应发生发展过程中的作用已成为当下的研究热点。大量研究发现,心肌纤维化(MF)与NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3(NLRP3)炎症小体介导的细胞焦亡联系紧密。随着研究的深入,中药在改善心脏结构及功能、抑制MF的作用被逐步阐明。基于上述研究,本文综述NLRP3炎症小体介导的细胞焦亡在MF中的作用机制以及中药基于NLRP3炎症小体介导的细胞焦亡防治MF的研究进展,以期为MF的防治及中药新药的开发提供新思路。 |

[Abstract] Cell pyroptosis, as an inflammatory cell death model, has become a current research hotspot in the occurrence and development of cardiac inflammatory response. Many studies have found that myocardial fibrosis (MF) is closely related to pyroptosis mediated by inflammatory corpuscles of NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain associated protein 3 (NLRP3). With the deepening of research, the role of traditional Chinese medicine in improving heart structure and function and inhibiting MF has been gradually clarified. Based on the above research, the function mechanism of cell pyroptosis mediated by NLRP3 inflammatory corpuscles in MF and the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating MF based on cell pyroptosis mediated by NLRP3 inflammatory corpuscles are summarized in this paper, in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of MF and the development of new traditional Chinese medicine. |
