| [摘要] 溃疡性结肠炎（UC）是一种慢性疾病，其临床过程呈间歇性，以缓解和复发为特征，病因不明，目前对其发病机制的研究大多集中在肠道黏膜免疫功能紊乱方面。目前UC患者内科治疗以西药为主，但总体有效率有待提高，故中药治疗方案备受关注，近来研究证实，UC中药治疗效果明显。有大量研究探讨中药通过调控NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3（NLRP3）炎症小体通路治疗UC的作用机制，结果表明NLRP3信号通路是中药治疗UC的关键靶通路。本文以NLRP3和UC为切入点，综述近年中药调控NLRP3炎症小体信号通路治疗UC相关文献，为后续研究提供参考。 |

| [Abstract] Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic disease, its clinical process is intermittent, characterized by remission and recurrence, and its etiology is unknown. At present, most of the research on its pathogenesis focuses on intestinal mucosal immune dysfunction. At present, western medicine is the main medical treatment for UC patients, but the overall effective rate needs to be improved, so the treatment scheme of Chinese materia medica has attracted much attention. Recent studies have confirmed that the therapeutic efficacy of Chinese materia medica for UC is obvious. A large number of research have investigated the function mechanism of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of UC by regulating the inflammatory corpuscle pathway of NOD-like receptor thermoprotein structural domain-associated protein 3 (NLRP3). The results show that NLRP3 signaling pathway is the key target pathway of Chinese materia medica in the treatment of UC. In this paper, NLRP3 and ulcerative colitis as the starting point, the related literature of Chinese materia medica regulating NLRP3 inflammatory corpuscle signal pathway in recent years to treat UC is reviewed, and reference for the follow-up research is provided. |
