| [摘要] 目的 基于CiteSpace可视化知识图谱，分析国内外价值医疗的研究现状，为我国价值医疗研究提供参考和方向。 方法 应用可视化软件CiteSpace 6.2.R7在中国知网和Web of Science数据库中以关键词“价值医疗”及“value-based healthcare”检索2009—2023年的文献，从发表量、发表国家/地区、发表机构和关键词等方面进行分析。 结果 共纳入中文文献1627篇，英文文献1715篇，英文文献发文量持续增长、中文文献较稳定；发文机构以高校为主；中文文献研究热点集中在价值、医疗设备、应用价值等，英文文献研究热点为影响、质量、管理等。 结论 我国价值医疗研究处于持续发展阶段，存在系统性不强、缺乏多学科交叉合作的问题。应结合国外经验，多维度开展价值医疗研究，探索出一套适合我国国情的价值医疗模式。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To analyze the research status of value-based medicine at home and abroad based on CiteSpace visualization knowledge map, and provide reference and direction for the research of value-based medicine in China. Methods Using the visualization software CiteSpace 6.2.R7, the articles in China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Web of Science database from 2009 to 2023 were retrieved with the keywords "value-based medicine" and "value-based healthcare" in this paper. Meanwhile, they were analyzed from the aspects of publishing quantity, publishing country/region, publishing institution and keywords, etc. Results A total of 1627 Chinese articles and 1715 English articles were included, and the publication volume of English articles continued to increase, while Chinese articles remained relatively stable. The publishing institutions were mainly universities. Chinese articles research focused on value, medical equipment and application value, while English articles research focused on influence, quality and management, etc. Conclusion The research on value-based medicine of China is in the stage of sustainable development, and there are some problems such as weak systematicness and lack of interdisciplinary cooperation. We should combine foreign experience, carry out multi-dimensional research on value-based medicine, and explore a set of value-based medicine model suitable for China’s national conditions. |
