| [摘要]目的 探究玻璃体切割手术的手术室护理干预措施及效果。方法 选取福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院2022年7月至2023年7月收治的接受玻璃体切割手术患者160例，以随机数表法分成对照组和研究组，每组各80例，对照组给予常规手术室护理干预，研究组给予手术室综合护理干预。比较两组患者在手术过程中的舒适度评分、术后眼部恢复时间及术后并发症情况，并向患者发放满意度调查问卷，统计对手术室护理满意度。结果 研究组在手术过程中各舒适度评分均高于对照组，术后眼部各项指标恢复时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。研究组术后并发症总发生率更低，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。研究组对手术室护理的总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论 在玻璃体切割手术患者的手术室护理中，开展手术室综合护理干预，可明显提升患者在手术过程中的舒适度，缩短术后眼部相关指标恢复时间，减少术后并发症，提升手术室护理满意度。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To explore the operating room nursing interventions of vitrectomy and the effect. Methods A total of 160 patients who admitted to Longyan First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University to undergo vitrectomy from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method, with 80 cases in each group. The control group used conventional operating room nursing intervention, and the study group used operating room comprehensive nursing intervention. The scores of comfort level, postoperative eye recovery time, and postoperative complications of the two groups of patients during the surgery process were compared. The satisfaction survey questionnaires were distributed to patients to understand their satisfaction with operating room nursing. Results The scores of comfort level during surgery in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the recovery time of various eye indicators after surgery was shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction of patients in the study group with operating room nursing was higher than that of patients in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the operating room nursing of patients undergoing vitrectomy, operating room comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the comfort level of patients during the surgery process, shorten the recovery time of postoperative eye-related indicators, reduce postoperative complications, and improve the satisfaction of operating room nursing. |
