      [摘要]目的 探讨高职护理专业人体解剖教学改革的效果。方法 选择2022年9—12月运城护理职业学院2021级护理专业学生100名为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为实践组和对照组,每组各50名。对照组采用传统教学模式教学,实践组采用改革后的教学模式教学。比较两组的教学效果。结果 实践组理论成绩,实践操作、标本和模型的识别成绩,总成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。实践组优比例及优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。两组教学方法优势比较,除了增加学习负担项目,其他项目实践组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。实践组各项教学方法满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 高职护理专业人体解剖学综合教学改革能够显著提高学生的考试成绩,提高教学优势以及教学满意度。

      [Abstract] Objective To explore the effectiveness of human anatomy teaching reform in higher vocational nursing majors. Methods In September to December 2022, 100 nursing students of grade 2021 of Yuncheng Vocational Nursing College were selected as the subjects. They were divided into a practice group and a control group, with 50 students in each group, by a random number table method. The control group was taught in a traditional teaching mode, while the practice group was taught in a reformed teaching mode. The teaching effectiveness of the two groups was compared. Results The theoretical score, practical operations, specimen and model recognition score, and total score of the practice group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The excellent proportion and excellent rate of the practice group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). The comparison of the advantages of the teaching methods of the two groups showed that, except for increasing the learning burden, the practical group was better than the control group in all other aspects, with a significant difference (P < 0.05). Satisfaction with all teaching methods was higher in the practice group than in the control group, with a significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive teaching reform of human anatomy in higher vocational nursing majors can significantly improve students’ exam scores, enhance teaching advantages, and enhance teaching satisfaction.
