| [摘要] 脑卒中是患者致残的重要原因之一，患者可存在不同程度的功能障碍，遗留偏瘫等后遗症。偏瘫肩痛是脑卒中后常见的并发症之一，影响患者上肢功能康复进程及最终预后，造成患者住院时间延长，严重影响其日常生活活动能力和生活质量，给家庭带来巨大经济和心理负担。灸法是将艾绒或药物点燃后作用于体表穴位，通过温热刺激及药物药理作用达到疏通经络、调和气血及防治疾病作用的一种外治法。近年来，灸法在脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛患者康复护理中被广泛应用，因此，本文从脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛的病因病机、灸法治疗脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛的作用机制及选穴、常用灸法的临床应用方面进行阐述，以期为脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛患者的康复护理提供参考。 |

| [Abstract] Stroke is one of the important causes of disability in patients, and patients may have varying degrees of dysfunction, leaving behind sequelae such as hemiplegia. Hemiplegic shoulder pain is one of the common complications after stroke, which affects the rehabilitation process and final prognosis of patients’ upper limb function, prolongs their hospitalization time, seriously affects their daily living activities and quality of life, and brings huge economic and psychological burdens to families. Moxibustion is an external treatment method that involves igniting moxa wool or drugs and applying them to acupoints on the body surface. Through warm stimulation and the pharmacological effects of drugs, it achieves the effects of dredging meridians, regulating qi and blood, and preventing and treating diseases. In recent years, moxibustion has been widely used in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain. Therefore, this article elaborates on the etiology and pathogenesis of post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain, the mechanism of action of moxibustion treatment for post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain, the selection of acupoints, and the clinical application of commonly used moxibustion, to provide a reference for the rehabilitation nursing of patients with post-stroke hemiplegic shoulder pain. |
