| [摘要] 胃癌患者的心理弹性水平与胃癌患者的生活质量密切相关，本文综述心理弹性的概念与内涵，总结胃癌患者的心理弹性水平和评估工具，以及胃癌患者心理弹性的影响因素，包括希望水平、焦虑和抑郁情绪、自我管理效能以及应对方式。近年来研究发现，对胃癌患者实施正念减压训练、叙事护理、心理弹性训练等干预措施可提高胃癌患者的心理弹性水平。本文提出需构建胃癌患者心理弹性模型，实施针对性的护理措施以提高胃癌患者心理弹性水平，提高患者的生活质量。 |

| [Abstract] The psychological resilience levels in gastric cancer patients are closely related to their quality of life. This study reviewed the concept and connotation of psychological resilience, summarized the psychological resilience levels and assessment tools of gastric cancer patients, and the influencing factors of psychological resilience of gastric cancer patients, including hope level, anxiety and depression, self-management efficacy, and coping style. In recent years, research has found that the implementation of mindfulness decompression training, narrative nursing, psychological resilience training, and other interventions for gastric cancer patients can improve the level of psychological resilience of gastric cancer patients. This article proposes that it is necessary to build a psychological resilience model for gastric cancer patients and implement targeted nursing measures to improve the psychological resilience level of gastric cancer patients and improve their quality of life. |
