| [摘要] 随着血管性痴呆患者数量的逐年增加，疾病给患者和家庭带来的精神压力及经济负担等问题日益突出，因此如何预防和治疗血管性痴呆成为医学上急需解决的问题。血管性痴呆属于中医学健忘、善忘、呆病的范畴，中医学认为其病因病机涉及虚、瘀、痰、火、风等多种因素。中医通过辨证论治在治疗血管性痴呆方面有其独特的优势和潜力，并取得了显著的进展，本文通过查询近年来中医治疗血管性痴呆的相关文献，从中药复方、中成药和中医外治三个方面论述中医治疗血管性痴呆的近况，给科研工作者及临床治疗提供参考依据。 |

| [Abstract] With the number of patients with vascular dementia increasing year by year, the mental stress, economic burden and other problems brought by the disease to patients and families are increasingly prominent, so how to prevent and treat vascular dementia has become an urgent problem in medicine. Vascular dementia belongs to the category of forgetfulness, amnesia and dementia in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). It is believed in TCM that the etiology and pathogenesis of vascular dementia involve many factors such as deficiency, blood stasis, phlegm, fire and wind. TCM has its unique advantages and potential in treating vascular dementia through syndrome differentiation, and has made remarkable progress. After consulting the relevant literature of TCM treatment of vascular dementia in recent years, the author discusses the recent situation of TCM treatment of vascular dementia from three aspects in this paper: Chinese herbal compound, Chinese patent medicine and external treatment of TCM, so as to provide reference for researchers and clinical treatment. |
