| [摘要] 嗜酸细胞性乳头状肾细胞癌（OPRCC）是一种少见的乳头状肾细胞癌亚型，典型的组织学特征是乳头状结构和嗜酸性胞质，低级别核，具有良好的预后，诊断主要依据组织学形态及免疫组化，需与多种肾肿瘤进行鉴别。本文分析2例OPRCC的临床资料、组织学形态、免疫表型特点，并复习相关文献，探讨OPRCC的临床病理特征、免疫表型、鉴别诊断要点及预后，以提高病理医师对OPRCC的认识，为该肿瘤诊断及治疗提供准确的依据。 |

| [Abstract] Oncocytic papillary renal cell carcinoma (OPRCC) is a rare subtype of papillary renal cell carcinoma, typically characterized by papillary structures and eosinophilic cytoplasm, with low-grade nuclei. OPRCC has a good prognosis and is diagnosed mainly by histological patterns and immunohistochemistry and needs to be differentiated from a variety of renal tumors. In this paper, we analyzed the clinical data, histological morphology and immunophenotypic features of two cases of OPRCC and reviewed the relevant literature to discuss the clinicopathological features, immunophenotype, differential diagnostic points and prognosis of OPRCC, in order to improve the pathologists' understanding of OPRCC and provide an accurate basis for the diagnosis and treatment of OPRCC. |
