| [摘要] 本文通过对内蒙古自治区人民医院临床试验药房2018—2021年管理的试验用药品基本情况进行数据汇总，提出完善试验用药品信息化管理系统、规范人员配置、强化药房硬件设施、细化试验用药品质量管理体系、建立管理服务收益机制可提升试验用药品的管理质量，为试验用药品质量管理体系构建提供思路。 |

| [Abstract] Based on the data summary of basic condition of experimental drugs managed by the clinical trial pharmacy of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People’s Hospital from 2018 to 2021, it was put forward in this paper that improving the information management system of experimental drugs, standardizing personnel allocation, strengthening pharmacy hardware facilities, refining the quality management system of experimental drugs, and establishing the revenue mechanism of management services can improve the management quality of experimental drugs. It has provided ideas for the construction of quality management system of experimental drugs. |
