| [摘要]目的 检索并分析急、慢性心力衰竭患者氧疗的相关证据，对最佳证据进行总结。方法 系统检索国内外多个数据库及指南网有关心力衰竭氧疗管理的文献，由2名研究者独立进行质量评价、证据提取及汇总。结果 共纳入12篇文献，包括指南7篇、专家共识2篇、临床决策1篇、系统评价2篇。从急、慢性心力衰竭的评估、吸氧时机、吸氧方式及合并疾病等几个方面，总结了18条证据。结论 本研究总结了急、慢性心力衰竭氧疗管理的最佳证据，建议对于心力衰竭患者应进行评估后再按需氧疗，并根据其疾病及生理特点选择不同的氧疗方式，为临床医护人员提供了循证依据。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To retrieve and analyze the relevant evidence of oxygen therapy in patients with acute and chronic heart failure, and summarize the best evidence. Methods The literatures about oxygen therapy management of heart failure in many domestic and foreign databases and guidelines network were retrieved systematically, and the quality evaluation, evidence extraction and summary were carried out independently by two researchers. Results A total of 12 literatures were included, containing 7 guidelines, 2 expert consensus, 1 clinical decision and 2 systematic reviews. A total of 18 pieces of evidence were summarized from the evaluation of acute and chronic heart failure, the opportunity of oxygen inhalation, the way of oxygen inhalation and the complicated diseases. Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence of oxygen therapy management of acute and chronic heart failure, and suggests that patients with heart failure shall be evaluated before oxygen therapy on demand. And different oxygen therapy methods shall be selected according to their diseases and physiological characteristics, providing evidence-based basis for clinical medical staff. |
