| [摘要] 目的 探讨环抱式接骨器在肋骨多发性骨折患者中的应用效果。 方法 回顾性分析2015年1月至2022年12月在江苏省江阴市人民医院行手术治疗的肋骨多发性骨折患者资料。其中2015年1月至2018年12月有33例采取手术治疗，手术方式为肋骨爪形钢板内固定，将其设为对照组；2019年10月至2022年12月有30例行手术治疗，手术方式为环抱式接骨器肋骨内固定，将其设为观察组。收集两组患者的临床资料，比较两组患者的恢复情况。 结果 观察组患者手术时间及住院时间明显缩短，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；两组患者术后第1天的疼痛指数及动脉血氧水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；观察组患者术后第3天疼痛指数低于对照组，动脉血氧水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。 结论 环抱式接骨器具有操作简单、创伤小、恢复快、固定效果好等优点，是一种安全、有效的肋骨固定方法，值得在临床中推广应用。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of encircling bone fixators in patients with multiple rib fractures. Methods Retrospective analysis of patient data from January 2015 to December 2022 who underwent surgical treatment for multiple rib fractures in our hospital. Among them, from January 2015 to December 2018, 33 cases underwent surgical treatment using rib claw plates as the control group. From October 2019 to December 2022, 30 cases underwent surgical treatment using circumferential rib fixation as the observation group. The clinical data from two groups of patients were collected and their recovery status was compared. Results The surgical time and hospitalization time of the observation group patients were significantly shortened, and the difference in data between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the pain index and arterial oxygen level data between the two groups of patients on the first day after surgery (P > 0.05). On the third day after surgery, the pain index of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group, and the arterial blood oxygen level was higher than that of the control group. The difference in data between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The encircling bone fixator has the advantages of simple operation, minimal trauma, fast recovery, and good fixation effect. It is a safe and effective method for rib fixation and is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice. |
