| [摘要] 目的 统计分析住院药房麻醉药品的使用情况，为麻醉药品的合理使用提供参考。 方法 通过复旦大学附属中山医院厦门医院（本院）住院药房系统收集2020—2022年麻醉药品相关使用数据，对销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）以及排序比（B/A）进行统计分析。 结果 本院住院药房麻醉药品包括13种品规，年销售金额占比呈逐年上升趋势。其中，三年来销量一直位居前3位的分别是注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼、芬太尼透皮贴剂和盐酸羟考酮缓释片（10 mg）。芬太尼透皮贴剂、盐酸羟考酮缓释片（10 mg）和注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼的DDDs值三年内均排在前3位。注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼的 DDC 稳居第1位。芬太尼透皮贴剂排序比（B/A）>1，药物使用经济性良好。 结论 本院注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼、麻醉口服片剂及透皮贴剂使用较为频繁，麻醉药品的使用基本合理，但仍有部分不足，应主动加强临床用药监督与干预，规范合理用药。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To statistically analyze the use of narcotic drugs in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital, so as to provide reference for the rational use of narcotic drugs. Methods The data of narcotic drugs used in Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University (Xiamen Branch) (Our hospital) from 2020 to 2022 were collected, and the sales amount, defined daily dose (DDDs), defined daily cost (DDC) and ranking ratio (B/A) were statistically analyzed. Results There were 13 kinds of narcotic drugs in the inpatient pharmacy of our hospital, and the proportion of annual sales amount was increasing year by year. Among these narcotic drugs, remifentanil hydrochloride, fentanyl transdermal patch and oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablet (10 mg) have been in the top three sales in the past three years. The DDDs values of fentanyl transdermal patch, oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablet (10 mg) and remifentanil hydrochloride for injection all ranked in the top three in the past three years. DDC of remifentanil hydrochloride for injection ranked first. Fentanyl transdermal patche ranking ratio (B/A) > 1, and the economy of drug use was good. Conclusion Remifentanil hydrochloride for injection, narcotic oral tablets and transdermal patches are frequently used in our hospital, and the use of narcotic drugs is basically reasonable, while there are still some shortcomings. We should actively strengthen the supervision and intervention of clinical medication and standardize the rational use of drugs. |
