| [摘要] 目的 观察以家庭为中心的赋能教育对慢性精神分裂症患者心理弹性、精神症状及自我管理能力的影响。 方法 前瞻性选择武汉科技大学附属天佑医院精神医学科2018年2月至2022年12月收治的84例慢性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各42例，对照组采用常规健康教育进行干预，观察组患者采用以家庭为中心的赋能教育进行干预，两组干预时间均为8周。分别采用心理弹性量表（CD-RISC）、简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）、精神分裂症患者自我管理量表（SSMIS）检测两组患者干预前后心理弹性、精神症状、自我管理能力。 结果 治疗前两组患者心理弹性、精神症状、自我管理能力等评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）；治疗后两组患者心理弹性及自我管理能力评分均高于治疗前，精神症状评分均低于治疗前，且观察组治疗后的心理弹性及自我管理能力评分均高于对照组，精神症状评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。 结论 以家庭为中心的赋能教育可明显改善慢性精神分裂症患者心理弹性、精神症状及自我管理能力。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To observe the influence of family-centered empowerment education on psychological resilience, mental symptoms and self-management ability of chronic schizophrenia patients. Methods A prospective selection of 84 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to the Department of Psychiatry of Tianyou Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from February 2018 to December 2022 was conducted. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received the intervention of routine health education, and the observation group received the intervention of family-centered empowerment education. The intervention time of both groups was 8 weeks. The connor-davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC), brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS), and schizophrenia self-management instrument scale (SSMIS) were used to detect psychological resilience, mental symptoms, and self-management ability of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention. Results There was no statistically significant difference in scores of psychological resilience, mental symptoms, and self-management ability between the two groups of patients before treatment (P > 0.05). After treatment, the scores of psychological resilience and self-management ability of the two groups of patients were higher than before treatment, and the scores of mental symptoms were lower than before treatment. Moreover, the scores of psychological resilience and self-management ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment, and the scores of mental symptoms were lower than those of the control group after treatment, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion Family-centered empowerment education can significantly improve the psychological resilience,mental symptoms and self-management ability of chronic schizophrenia patients. |
