| [摘要] 目的 分析甲强龙联合肝素钠对腹型过敏性紫癜患儿疗效及对血清D-二聚体（D-D）的影响。 方法 选取2019年1月至2022年12月于福建省立医院就诊的腹型过敏性紫癜患儿100例为研究对象，依据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例，对照组接受常规甲强龙、抗组胺药物及补液干预，观察组在此基础上接受肝素钠干预。比较两组患儿临床治疗效果、症状消退时间、D-D水平。 结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。观察组患儿腹痛、紫癜症状消失时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。治疗后，观察组D-D水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。 结论 甲强龙联合肝素钠对腹型过敏性紫癜患儿具有较好的治疗效果，其可缩短症状缓解时间，降低D-D水平，临床安全有效。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of methylprednisolone combined with heparin sodium on affected children with abdominal allergic purpura and its impact on serum D-dimer. Methods A total of 100 cases of affected children with abdominal allergic purpura admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research object, and they were divided into the control group (n=50) and the observation group (n=50) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional methylprednisolone, antihistamine drugs and fluid replacement intervention, while the observation group was treated with heparin sodium intervention on this basis. The clinical therapeutic efficacy, symptom disappearance time and D-dimer level of the two groups of affected children were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the overall response rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). The disappearance time of symptoms such as abdominal pain and purpura in affected children of the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of D-dimer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Methylprednisolone combined with heparin sodium has a good therapeutic efficacy in affected children with abdominal allergic purpura, which can shorten the time of symptom relief, reduce the level of D-dimer, and is safe and effective in clinic. |
