      [摘要] 课程思政融入医学教育,培养专业造诣与人文情怀兼备的新时代医生,对推动“健康中国2030”战略具有重大意义。脊柱外科涉及颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症、脊柱脊髓损伤、脊柱感染、脊柱畸形等多种疾病,不仅是外科学课程教学中的重要内容,也是导致人群疾病负担的重要因素。如何推动脊柱外科教学课程改革,加快脊柱外科课程思政体系建设,促进学生德才兼修,全面发展,实质性地提高脊柱外科专业人才培养质量,是脊柱外科教学中亟须认真研究并解决的问题。本文围绕“立德树人”这一核心探索脊柱外科课程思政教学路径,将政策引导、教师意识、课程建设作为发力点,通过挖掘脊柱外科教学环节中的课程思政元素,探索并实践多元化的思政教育融入方式,健全脊柱外科课程思政教学评价方法,逐步完善课程思政融入路径,实现专业课与思政课同向同行的协同效应。

      [Abstract] The integration of curriculum ideology and politics into medical education and the cultivation of new-era doctors with both professional attainments and humanistic feelings is of great significance in promoting the "Health China 2030" strategy. Spinal surgery involves a wide range of conditions such as cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, spinal cord injuries, spinal infections and spinal deformities, which is not only an important element in the teaching of the surgical curriculum but also a significant contributor to the disease burden of the population. How to push forward the reform of the spinal surgery teaching curriculum, speed up the construction of the spinal surgery curriculum thinking system, promote the moral and comprehensive development of students, and substantially improve the quality of the training of spinal surgery professionals is a problem that needs to be seriously studied and solved in the teaching of spinal surgery. In this paper, we explore the pathway of teaching curriculum ideology and politics in spinal surgery courses around the core of "foster virue through education", with policy guidance, teacher awareness and curriculum development as the force. This study explores and practices diverse ways of integrating the ideology of the curriculum into the teaching of spinal surgery, develops methods of evaluating the ideology of the spinal surgery curriculum, and gradually perfects the path of integration of the ideology of the curriculum, so as to achieve the synergistic effect of going in the same direction of the professional and ideology courses.
