| [摘要] 过敏性鼻炎是我国的高发病率疾病之一，严重影响患者的正常生活，且因该病缠绵难愈容易反复所以治疗难度较大。西医常用治疗手段包括服用抗组胺类药物、白三烯受体拮抗剂等，如果病情严重则需要进行手术治疗。研究表明长时间应用该类治疗药物，部分患者会出现一定程度的不良反应。近年来，为了减少不良反应的发生，中医疗法呈现快速发展的趋势。本文通过查阅大量相关文献，对过敏性鼻炎的发病原因、经典方药治疗、针刺治疗、灸法治疗、当代医家自拟方剂等方面进行了归纳总结，并对中医治疗所具有的独特优势进行阐释分析。得出中医治疗与经典西医疗法相比具有不良作用轻微、疗效持续时间长等优势，应在临床上广泛推广应用。 |

| [Abstract] As one of the high-incidence diseases in China, allergic rhinitis seriously affects the normal life of patients, with high therapeutic difficulty due to long course of disease and high recurrence rate. The common therapeutic methods in western medicine include antihistamines and leukotriene receptor antagonists, and surgery is required in case of serious disease. Studies have shown that some patients may develop a certain degree of adverse reactions after long-term use of these therapeutic drugs. In recent years, in order to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) therapy has shown a rapid development trend. Through consulting a large number of related literatures, this paper summarizes the causes of allergic rhinitis, classical prescription treatment, acupuncture treatment, moxibustion treatment, and contemporary physicians’ self-designed prescriptions, and explains and analyzes the unique advantages of TCM therapy. It is concluded that TCM therapy has the advantages of mild adverse effects and long duration of efficacy compared with classical western medicine therapy. should be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice. |
