| [摘要] 顽固性面瘫属于临床常见的顽固性疾病之一，其面部症状影响面部美观，严重影响患者的日常生活以及心理健康；而种种不良的心理、情志因素一定程度上也会影响治疗效果，因而形成恶性循环的不在少数。目前，用于治疗顽固性面瘫的中医外治法种类繁多，如针刺、艾灸、穴位注射、穴位埋线、推拿、拔罐等，其通常操作简便、绿色安全，治疗顽固性面瘫疗效明显且易于接受，同时其往往价格低廉，对患者的创伤较小，便于临床运用，易于向基层推广。现对近五年（2019—2023年）中医外治法治疗顽固性面瘫的相关文献进行筛选、整理、归纳，以期为临床治疗顽固性面瘫提供更多参考与依据。 |

| [Abstract] Intractable facial paralysis is one of the common intractable diseases in clinic. Its facial symptoms influence facial beauty and seriously affect patients’ daily life and mental health, and all kinds of bad psychological and emotional factors will also affect the treatment effect to a certain extent, thus forming a vicious circle in many patients. At present, there are many kinds of external treatments of traditional Chinese medicine for intractable facial paralysis, such as acupuncture, moxibustion, acupoint injection, acupoint catgut embedding, massage, and cupping, which are usually easy to operate, environmentally friendly and safe, and have obvious and acceptable curative effect in treating intractable facial paralysis. At the same time, they are often low in price, less traumatic to patients, convenient for clinical application and easy to popularize to the grassroots. In this paper, the relevant literatures on the treatment of intractable facial paralysis by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the past five years (2019-2023) are screened, sorted and summarized, in order to provide more reference and basis for the clinical treatment of intractable facial paralysis. |
