| [摘要]目的 探讨白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、白细胞介素-8（IL-8）和白细胞介素-10（IL-10）联合检测对糖尿病肾病早期诊断的价值。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年9月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院收治的51例糖尿病肾病患者（糖尿病肾病组）和50例糖尿病患者（糖尿病组）为研究对象。比较两组患者的IL-6、IL-8和IL-10检测结果和阳性率。结果 糖尿病肾病组患者IL-6、IL-8和IL-10检测结果均高于糖尿病组，IL-6和联合诊断的敏感度高于IL-8和IL-10，IL-8和IL-10和联合诊断的特异度均高于IL-6，联合诊断的准确率高于IL-6和IL-8，以上比较差异均有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。结论 IL-6、IL-8和IL-10联合检测，能够较为准确地反映糖尿病肾病患者的肾功能损伤程度，为患者的早期诊断提供合理参考。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To investigate the value of combined tests of interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-8 (IL-8) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 51 patients with diabetic nephropathy (diabetic nephropathy group) and 50 patients with diabetes(diabetes group)were selected as the research objectsfrom January 2021 to September 2022 at the Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University. The detection results and positive rates of IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The detection results of IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 in patients of the diabetic nephropathy group were all higher than those in patients of the diabetes group. The sensitivities of IL-6 and combined diagnosis were higher than those of IL-8 and IL-10. The specificities of IL-8, IL-10 and combined diagnosis were all higher than the specificity of IL-6. The accuracy of combined diagnosis was higher than the accuracies of IL-6 and IL-8, with statistically significant differences in all the above comparisons (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combined test method of IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 can accurately reflect the degree of renal function damage in patients with diabetic nephropathy. And it provides a reasonable reference for the early diagnosis of patients. |
