| [摘要] 目的 探讨对肺炎支原体感染患儿给予家属协同护理干预后获得的临床效果，并观察对预后产生的影响。 方法 选取泰安市妇幼保健院2020年4月至2022年8月收治的58例肺炎支原体感染患儿作为研究对象，以随机数表法将所有肺炎支原体感染患儿分为参照组（n=29）和研究组（n=29）；参照组施以传统常规护理，研究组施以家属协同护理。比较两组肺炎支原体感染患儿护理总有效率、并发症（急性肾小球性肾炎、心悸、腹泻腹痛、头晕头痛以及其他）总发生率、临床症状消失具体时间（咳嗽、发热以及肺部啰音消失具体时间）以及患儿家属护理总满意度。 结果 研究组患儿护理总有效率高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；研究组患儿并发症（急性肾小球性肾炎、心悸、腹泻腹痛、头晕头痛以及其他）总发生率低于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；研究组患儿咳嗽、发热以及肺部啰音消失时间短于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）；研究组患儿家属护理总满意度高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。 结论 临床对肺炎支原体感染患儿给予家属协同护理干预，可提升患儿的护理效果，减少其并发症发生，并且缩短症状消失时间，提升家属护理满意度，可促进肺炎支原体感染患儿预后良好。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effects of family collaborative nursing intervention on children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, and to observe its impact on prognosis. Methods A total of 58 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in the Taian Maternity and Child Health Hospital from April 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects; All children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were divided into the study group (n=29) and reference group (n=29) using a random number table method. The reference group receiving traditional routine care was set as the reference group. The study group receiving family collaborative nursing. The total effective rate of nursing, the total incidence of complications (acute glomerulonephritis, palpitations, diarrhea, abdominal pain, dizziness, headache, and others), specific time for clinical symptom disappearance (specific time for cough disappearance, fever disappearance, and lung rale disappearance), and total nursing satisfaction of the children’s families in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the reference group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05); The total incidence of complications (acute glomerulonephritis, palpitations, diarrhea, abdominal pain, dizziness, headache, and others) in the study group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05); The specific time for cough disappearance, fever disappearance, and lung rale disappearance in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05); The total nursing satisfaction of family members of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in the study group was higher than that of the reference group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The reasonable use of family collaborative nursing intervention for children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can significantly improve the nursing effect of children, reduce the occurrence of complications, and effectively shorten the time for symptom disappearance. This significantly improves family nursing satisfaction and can promote a good prognosis for children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. |
