| [摘要]创伤性股骨头坏死（TONFH）是指由外力破坏股骨头血液的循环而导致的最终结果，是骨科临床治疗上面临的一大难题，股骨头坏死中医属于“骨蚀”“骨痹”等范畴，中西医对该病的病因病机进行了系统的探讨，形成了各自独特的认识，并在此基础上已衍生出多种治疗方案，取得了一定的临床疗效。保守疗法在疾病的早期诊断与治疗中起着主导作用，但目前仍旧存在一定的局限性和疗效性。通过临床实践发现，部分患者选择保守治疗效果不佳，最后不得不选择关节置换手术，这不仅增加了经济负担，还降低了生活质量。如何选择有效的保守治疗是控制疾病进展和治愈疾病的关键。本文将根据现有的相关研究资料，总结目前中医药治疗TONFH的临床研究，为临床提供治疗思路。 |

| [Abstract] As the final result caused by external force destroying the blood circulation of femoral head, traumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head (TONFH) is a big problem in clinical treatment of orthopedics. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), osteonecrosis of femoral head belongs to the categories of "bone erosion" and "bone arthralgia", etc. Traditional Chinese and western medicine have systematically investigated the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease, formed their own unique understanding, and on this basis, they have derived a variety of treatment schemes, with certain clinical efficacies achieved. Conservative therapy plays a leading role in the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease, but there are still certain limitations and therapeutic efficacies at present. Through clinical practice, it is found that some patients choose conservative treatment with poor efficacy, and finally, they have to choose joint replacement surgery, which not only increases the economic burden, but also reduces the quality of life. How to choose effective conservative treatment is the key to control the disease progress and cure the disease. Based on the existing relevant investigation data, the current clinical investigation in the treatment of TONFH with TCM was summarized, and treatment ideas for clinic were provided in this paper. |
