| [摘要] 目的 分析失效模式与效应分析在医护一体化工作流程中的可行性。 方法 于2018年6月开始在医护一体化工作流程中实施失效模式与效应分析，选取2017年2月至2018年1月南宁市第一人民医院老年病科住院患者纳入对照组（225例），2018年6月至2019年5月南宁市第一人民医院老年病科住院患者纳入研究组（246例）。比较实施失效模式与效应分析法前后失效模式风险优先指数（RPN）、不良事件发生率、护理工作质量评分、医护患满意度。 结果 研究组RPN低于对照组，不良事件总发生率低于对照组，护理工作质量评分高于对照组，医护患满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。 结论 失效模式与效应分析管理可提高医护一体化工作质量，降低失效风险，减少不良事件发生，提升医生、护士、患者满意度。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To analyze the feasibility of failure mode and effect analysis in medical care integration workflow. Methods The failure mode and effect analysis in the medical care integration workflow was implemented in June 2018. Patients hospitalized in the Department of Geriatrics of the First People’s Hospital of Nanning from February 2017 to January 2018 were included in the control group (n=225), while patients hospitalized in the Department of Geriatrics of the First People’s Hospital of Nanning from June 2018 to May 2019 were included in the study group (n=246). The failure mode risk priority number (RPN), the incidence of adverse events, quality of nursing care scores, and the satisfaction of doctors, nurses and patients were compared before and after the implementation of the failure mode and effect analysis. Results The RPN was lower, the total incidence of adverse events was lower, the quality of nursing care score was higher, and the satisfaction of doctors, nurses and patients was higher in the study group than in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion Failure mode and effect analysis management improves the quality of medical care integration, lowers the risk of failure, reduces the occurrence of adverse events, and improves the satisfaction of doctors, nurses and patients. |
