| [摘要] 目的 探讨儿童过敏性鼻炎及并发症相关慢性咳嗽的误诊原因。 方法 回顾性分析2021年1—12月内蒙古自治区妇幼保健院儿科诊治的51例慢性咳嗽患儿临床资料。 结果 51例患儿均以咳嗽就诊，经详尽询问病史及细致查体、耳鼻喉检查确诊为过敏性鼻炎6例、过敏性鼻炎伴腺样体肥大18例、过敏性鼻炎伴鼻窦炎22例、过敏性鼻炎-鼻窦炎伴腺样体肥大5例。予病因治疗并随访3个月，44例患儿为显效，余7例患儿行腺样体切除术后咳嗽缓解。 结论 过敏性鼻炎及并发症引发的慢性咳嗽患儿常因鼻咽部表现被忽略而导致误诊漏诊，临床医师应详尽询问病史、甄别鼻咽部表现、及时完善耳鼻喉检查，以免误诊漏诊。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis of chronic cough associated with allergic rhinitis and its complications in children. Methods The clinical data of 51 children with chronic coughs treated in the Department of Pediatrics of the Inner Mongolia Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from January to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 51 children attended the hospital with cough, with 6 cases diagnosed with allergic rhinitis, 18 cases diagnosed with allergic rhinitis with adenoid hypertrophy, 22 cases diagnosed with allergic rhinitis with sinusitis, and 5 cases diagnosed with allergic rhinitis + sinusitis with adenoid hypertrophy by inquiring about the thorough medical history, detailed physical examination, and otolaryngology examination. After treatment against the etiology of the disease, 44 children showed effect during the 3-month follow-up, and the remaining 7 children had cough relief after adenoidectomy. Conclusion Children with chronic cough associated with allergic rhinitis and its complications are often misdiagnosed and missed due to neglected nasopharyngeal manifestations. Therefore, clinicians should inquire about the thorough medical history, screen nasopharyngeal manifestations, and improve otolaryngology examination in a timely manner to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. |
