[摘要] 雌激素是类固醇激素,雌激素替代疗法是治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的重要方案。雌激素及其类似物可直接与骨组织中的雌激素受体(ER)结合形成激素受体复合物调节骨代谢。牙周和根尖周炎等口腔疾病常发生牙槽骨的破坏,雌激素缺乏导致牙周和根尖周炎症中牙槽骨吸收破坏和炎症加重,现就雌激素对牙周炎和根尖周炎中相关骨代谢及牙源性干细胞成骨方向分化的相关研究进行综述,旨在为雌激素通过ER诱导牙源性干细胞的成骨方向分化用于牙槽骨修复和再生提供研究思路。 |

[Abstract] As a steroid hormone, estrogen is an important option for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis by replacement therapy. Estrogen and its analogues can directly bind to estrogen receptor (ER) in bone tissue to form hormone receptor complexes, thereby regulating bone metabolism. There is often damaged alveolar bone, as well as destruction of alveolar bone resorption and worsened inflammation due to estrogen deficiency in periodontitis and periapical periodontitis. This paper reviews studies on the effects of estrogen on bone metabolism and osteogenic differentiation of odontogenic stem cells in periodontitis and periapical periodontitis, with the aim of providing ideas for the study of estrogen-induced osteogenic differentiation of odontogenic stem cells via ERs for alveolar bone repair and regeneration. |
