| [摘要] 目的 观察丹红注射液联合活血化瘀解毒法对口腔黏膜下纤维化患者单核细胞趋化蛋白-1（MCP-1）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）表达的影响。 方法 选取2019年10月至2022年6月湖南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的100例口腔黏膜下纤维化患者，按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组，每组各50例。两组患者均行临床常规治疗，对照组采用丹红注射液进行治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上联合活血化瘀解毒法治疗。评价两组患者张口度、黏膜病损面积、疼痛、口腔健康影响程度、炎症反应指标、口腔颊黏膜组织中MCP-1、VEGF mRNA表达量及治疗效果。 结果 治疗后，研究组患者张口度高于对照组，黏膜病损面积、疼痛、口腔健康影响程度低于对照组（P < 0.05），研究组患者白介素（IL）-1水平低于对照组，IL-10水平高于对照组（P < 0.05），研究组患者口腔颊黏膜组织中MCP-1、VEGF mRNA表达量低于对照组（P < 0.05），研究组患者治疗总有效率为96.00%，高于对照组的82.00%（P < 0.05）。 结论 丹红注射液联合活血化瘀解毒法可缓解口腔黏膜下纤维化患者疼痛，改善临床症状，减轻炎症反应，抑制MCP-1、VEGF表达。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To observe the impacts of Danhong Injection combined with the method of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis and detoxicating on the expressions of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with oral submucosal fibrosis. Methods A total of 100 patients with oral submucous fibrosis admitted to and treated in the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group (n=50) and the study group (n=50) according to the random number table method. Patients in both groups were treated with conventional clinical treatment. The control group was treated with Danhong Injection, while the study group was treated with the method of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis and detoxicating on the basis of the treatment in the control group. The degree of mouth opening, mucosal lesion area, pain, degree of oral health impact, inflammatory response index, expression levels of MCP-1 and VEGF mRNA in oral and buccal mucosa tissues, and therapeutic efficacies of the two groups of patients were evaluated. Results After treatment, the degree of mouth opening in patients of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the mucosal lesion area, pain and degree of oral health impact in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The interleukin(IL)-1 level in patients of the study group was lower than that of the control group, while the IL-10 level was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The expression levels of MCP-1 and VEGF mRNA in oral and buccal mucosa tissues of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The overall response rate of treatment in patients of the study group was 96.00%, higher than 82.00% of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Danhong Injection combined with the method of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis and detoxicating can alleviate the pain, improve clinical symptoms, reduce inflammatory responses, and inhibit the expressions of MCP-1 and VEGF of patients with oral submucosal fibrosis. |
