| [摘要] 心房颤动（AF）是心律失常中最常见的类型之一，AF的发生存在多重机制。AF所致的卒中、心力衰竭、栓塞等并发症是严重影响AF患者生活质量的重要因素，因此更加准确地对不同AF患者进行评估并对其各种并发症的发生进行风险评估和预测具有重要意义。生长分化因子-15（GDF-15）是一种应激反应因子，近年来已证实在多种心血管疾病中具有重要作用。GDP-15作为一种生物标志物发挥着抑制心肌肥大、抗心肌细胞凋亡的保护作用，并且其可以通过心肌纤维化、炎症机制等方面来影响AF的发生与发展。此外，GDF-15能抑制血小板活化、聚集，高GDF-15水平在AF患者的血栓形成、出血风险及预后方面表现出较强的预测价值。本文就GDF-15在AF发生及其并发症中的影响做一综述。 |

| [Abstract] Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common types of arrhythmias, and there are multiple mechanisms for the occurrence of atrial fibrillation. Complications of atrial fibrillation, such as stroke, heart failure and embolism, are important factors that seriously affect the quality of life of patients with atrial fibrillation. Therefore, it is of great significance to evaluate different patients with atrial fibrillation more accurately and to assess and predict the risk of various complications. Growth differentiation factor-15 (GDF-15) is a stress response factor, which has been proved to play an important role in many cardiovascular diseases in recent years. As a biomarker, GDF-15 plays a protective role in inhibiting myocardial hypertrophy and resisting myocardial apoptosis, and it can impact the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation through myocardial fibrosis and inflammatory mechanism. In addition, GDF-15 can inhibit platelet activation and aggregation, and high GDF-15 level has a strong predictive value in thrombosis, hemorrhage risk and prognosis of patients with atrial fibrillation. The impact of GDF-15 on the occurrence and complications of atrial fibrillation is reviewed in this paper. |
