| [摘要] 目的 系统评价骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折术后使用特立帕肽的临床疗效。 方法 通过检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普、PubMed、Cochrane Library数据库，筛选出骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折术后使用特立帕肽的随机对照研究或队列研究，时间范围为建库至2022年8月，按照纳入及排除标准进行筛选和数据提取，通过RevMan 5.3软件进行meta分析。 结果 纳入8项研究，囊括865例患者；特立帕肽组降低术后视觉模拟疼痛评分（VAS）[MD=-1.40，95%CI（-1.65，-1.15），P < 0.000 01]、腰椎Oswetry功能障碍指数（ODI）功能评分[MD=-6.64，95%CI（-8.70，-4.57），P < 0.000 01]、增加骨密度值[MD=0.06，95%CI（0.04，0.08），P < 0.000 01]、减少术后再发椎体骨折发生率[OR=0.34，95%CI（0.22，0.54），P < 0.000 01]，差异有统计学意义。 结论 骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折术后使用特立帕肽有助于术后止痛、促进功能恢复、增加骨密度、减少再发椎体骨折发生率。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of teriparatide after operation of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF). Methods Randomized controlled trials or cohort studies using teriparatide after operation of OVCF published from the establishment of the databases to August 2022 were screened out by retrieving databases such as CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, PubMed, and Cochrane Library. Screening and data extraction were performed according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results Eight studies involving 865 patients were included. In the teriparatide group, the postoperative visual analog pain score(VAS) (MD=-1.40, 95%CI[-1.65,-1.15], P < 0.000 01) and the Oswestry disability index (ODI) function score (MD=-6.64, 95%CI[-8.70,-4.57], P < 0.000 01) decreased, the bone mineral density value (MD=0.06, 95%CI[0.04,0.08], P<0.000 01) increased, and the incidence of recurrent vertebral fracture after operation (OR=0.34, 95%CI[0.22,0.54], P < 0.000 01) decreased, with statistically significant differences. Conclusion The use of teriparatide after operation for OVCF is helpful to relieve pain, promote functional recovery, increase bone density and reduce the incidence of recurrence of vertebral fractures. |
