| [摘要] 肥胖型糖尿病前期人群是发生糖尿病高危人群，大量研究表明，通过生活方式等手段其可控、可逆。肥胖型糖尿病前期可归属中医的“脾瘅”，“脾瘅”的病位在脾，其发病始于脾虚，痰和瘀是其重要因素。本文以《内经》“治之以兰”为理论基础，治疗采用以佩兰、泽兰为代表的药物，通过健运脾气、化痰逐瘀之法，配合饮食控制和适当运动，论治肥胖型糖尿病前期，可获良效。 |

| [Abstract] The pre-obesity type diabetes population is a high-risk group for diabetes, and a large number of studies have shown that it could be controllable and reversible through lifestyle and other means. The pre-obesity type diabetes can be classified as "spleen pyretic abundance" in traditional Chinese medicine. The disease location of "spleen pyretic abundance" lies in the spleen, and its onset begins with spleen asthenia. Phlegm and blood stasis are the important factors that contribute to the disease. This article was based on the theory of "treating it with eupatorium" in Neijing, and the drugs represented by eupatorium and adenophorum. According to the methods of invigorating the spleen, eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis, combined with diet control and proper exercise, it can achieve good results in the syndrome differentiation of pre-obesity type diabetes. |
