[摘要] 本文主要分析目前临床分子生物学检验技术实验课程教学的特点及存在的问题,并通过探讨完善实验室条件、增加实验课学时及丰富实验内容、增强师资队伍建设、引入文献阅读,培养科研思维、提高学生学习兴趣,增加重视度和改进实验考核方法等实验教学改革措施,旨在从根本上提高实验课程的教学效果,使学生不仅能学得会,更能学得懂,为其以后临床检验工作或继续学习深造奠定基础,进而为社会培养医学检验高素质实用型人才。 |

[Abstract] This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics and existing problems of the experimental course teaching of clinical molecular biology laboratory technology at present, and discusses the experimental teaching reform measures such as improving laboratory conditions, increasing experimental course hours and enriching experimental contents, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, introducing literature reading, cultivating scientific research thinking, improving students’ learning interests, increasing attention and improving experimental examination methods, in order to fundamentally improve the teaching effect of experimental courses, which enables students not only to learn, but also to understand, thus laying a foundation for their future clinical laboratory work or further studies. In this way, it is able to cultivate high-quality practical talents for medical laboratory for the society. |
