      [摘要] 目的 研究综合病例下站点式护理技能考核在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用价值。 方法 选择2020年1月至2021年12月来肇庆市第二人民医院护理部参加新入职护士规范化培训的60例新入职护士作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用传统教学法教学模式,观察组采用综合病例下站点式护理技能考核。在开展本研究前,对所有新入职护士的理论知识和实践操作能力进行试卷评估并开展实习,待实习期结束后,比较对照组和观察组的新入职护士理论知识和实际操作评分,记录综合能力,评估差异。 结果 在接受培训3个月后,观察组中新入职护士的理论知识和实践操作能力优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。而观察组中新入职护士的综合能力明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组中新入职护士对于教育工作满意度明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 应用综合病例下站点式护理技能考核在医院诊疗教学新入职护士中,可提高主动学习兴趣,熟练掌握理论知识和操作能力,值得在医院临床实训中实践应用。

      [Abstract] Objective To study the application value of the station-based nursing skill assessment under comprehensive cases in the standardized training of newly recruited nurses. Methods A total of 60 newly recruited nurses who participated in the standardized training in the Department of Nursing of Zhaoqing No.2 People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was trained under the teaching mode with traditional teaching method, while the observation group was trained by the station-based nursing skill assessment under comprehensive cases. Before the experiment, all newly recruited nurses were evaluated in terms of theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability and then started their internship. After the internship period, the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of newly recruited nurses in the control group and the observation group were compared. At the same time, the comprehensive ability of all newly recruited nurses was recorded and the differences were evaluated. Results After 3 months of training, the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of newly recruited nurses in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The comprehensive ability of newly recruited nurses in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The newly recruited nurses in the observation group had significantly higher teaching satisfaction (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of the station-based nursing skill assessment under comprehensive cases in the diagnosis and treatment teaching in hospitals can better arise the active learning interest of newly recruited nurses, further promote the mastery of theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability, and is worthy of practical application in hospital clinical training.
