[摘要] 膀胱癌是一种常见的泌尿系统癌症。目前,膀胱镜检查是膀胱癌诊断与监测的金标准,但此检查会使患者感到疼痛不适,甚至有尿道损伤、感染等风险。尿脱落细胞学检查虽然特异度较高,但敏感度较差,尤其对早期的膀胱肿瘤的检出率较低。因此,诊断膀胱癌的非侵入性检查亟待开发。液体活检以通过血液、唾液和尿液等生物流体进行微创检测为特征,已成为癌症诊断和预后预测的革命性检查方式。而从尿液上清液中分离出的尿液游离DNA(ucfDNA)已被证明在膀胱癌检测和监测中具有巨大潜力。本综述旨在阐述尿液游离DNA在膀胱癌中的应用价值。 |

[Abstract] Bladder cancer is a common cancer of urinary system. At present, cystoscopy is the gold standard for the diagnosis and monitoring of bladder cancer, but this examination will lead to pain and discomfort in patients, even the risk of urethral injury and infection. Although the specificity of urine exfoliative cytology is high, its sensitivity is poor, especially for the detection of early bladder tumors. Therefore, the non-invasive examination for the diagnosis of bladder cancer needs to be developed urgently. Liquid biopsy is featured by minimally invasive detection of biological fluids such as blood, saliva and urine, which has become a revolutionary examination method for cancer diagnosis and prognosis prediction. Urinary cell-free DNA (ucfDNA) isolated from urine supernatant has been proved to have great potential in the detection and monitoring of bladder cancer. The application value of ucfDNA in bladder cancer is aimed to be expounded in this review. |
