| [摘要] 多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）是一种在育龄妇女中常见且复杂的内分泌紊乱性疾病，也是一种以高雄激素血症、卵巢功能障碍和多囊卵巢形态为特征的异质性状态，其在临床表现和代谢并发症上有广泛的异质性。PCOS的发病机制并未完全阐明，越来越多的证据表明PCOS其实是一种促炎状态。免疫因素在PCOS发病机制中起重要作用，但具体机制目前尚不清楚。本文就免疫相关产物在多囊卵巢综合征发病机制中的作用作出简要阐述，希望对免疫学因素和PCOS之间的关系建立机械性的理解，将这些知识用于靶向药物治疗的后续发展，从而改善患有PCOS女性的卵巢健康。 |

| [Abstract] Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common and complex endocrine disorder in women of childbearing age and a heterogeneous state characterized by hyperandrogenemia, ovarian dysfunction and polycystic ovarian morphology, with extensive heterogeneity in clinical manifestations and metabolic complications. The pathogenesis of PCOS is not fully elucidated, and more and more evidence revels that PCOS is actually a pro-inflammatory state. Immunological factors play an important role in the pathogenesis of PCOS, but the exact mechanisms are not yet identified. This paper briefly discusses the role of immune-related products in the pathogenesis of PCOS. It is expected to establish a mechanistic understanding of the relationship between immunological factors and PCOS, and to apply this knowledge in the subsequent development of targeted drug therapy, so as to improve ovarian health in women with PCOS. |
