| [摘要] 目的 分析急性髌骨脱位伴髌骨软骨骨折（peeloff损伤）患者开展经骨缝合治疗的作用。 方法 选取2019年5月至2021年1月东莞市东华医院收治的50例急性髌骨脱位伴髌骨软骨骨折（peeloff损伤）剥皮样损伤患者作为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床资料。依据手术治疗方式不同分成试验组与常规组，每组各25例。试验组开展经骨缝合手术治疗，常规组使用锚钉固定缝合手术治疗。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术前及术后3个月膝关节功能（Lysholm）评分。 结果 两组手术时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。试验组术中出血量少于常规组，住院时间短于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。术后3个月试验组Lysholm得分高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。 结论 急性髌骨脱位伴髌骨软骨骨折（peeloff损伤）剥皮样损伤患者开展经骨缝合治疗，可减少出血量，缩短住院时间，促进膝关节功能恢复。 |

| [Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of transosseous suture in patients with acute patellar dislocation and patellar cartilage fracture (peeloff injury). Methods A total of 50 patients with acute patellar dislocation with patellar cartilage fracture (peeloff injury) treated in Dongguan Tungwah Hospital from May 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects, and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. According to different surgical treatment methods, they were divided into the experimental group and the routine group, with 25 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated by transosseous suture, and the routine group was treated by suture anchor fixation technique. The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and length of hospital stay, as well as Lysholm score before operation and 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time between two groups (P > 0.05). The intraoperative bleeding volume in the experimental group was less than that in the routine group, and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the routine group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Lysholm score of the experimental group was higher than that of the routine group at 3 months after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Transosseous suture can reduce the bleeding volume, shorten the length of hospital stay and promote the recovery of knee function in patients with acute patellar dislocation with patellar cartilage fracture (peeloff injury). |
