      [摘要] 目的 分析我国7~22岁学生视力不良及近视检出率的地域分布特征,为实施青少年视力不良及近视的防控策略提供理论依据。 方法 选取2014年中国学生体质与健康调研数据中7~22岁视力不良和近视大、中、小学生分别为261 833人及257 061人作为研究对象,利用ArcGIS 10.2和SPSS 19.0软件对其视力不良及近视检出率进行分析,用以描述分布特征。 结果 全国7~22岁学生中总体视力不良及近视检出率分别为66.77%和60.68%;7~9岁、10~12岁、13~15岁、16~18岁、19~22岁年龄段视力不良检出率为10.71%、17.27%、23.34%、25.18%以及23.49%,近视率为10.39%、17.60%、23.30%、25.79%及22.92%;视力不良、近视检出率均表现为女生高于男生(56.95% vs. 63.42%)(57.31% vs. 64.06%);视力不良、近视检出率为城镇高于乡村(70.98% vs. 62.60%)(62.92% vs. 58.33%);差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 全国7~22岁学生视力不良及近视检出率存在地域分布差异,提示有关部门制订相关政策时应考虑地区因素,对视力不良及近视检出率高流行强度的地区积极采取应对措施。

      [Abstract] Objective To analyze the regional distribution features of poor eyesight and myopia detection rate in 7-22 years old students in China, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the implementation of prevention and control strategies of poor eyesight and myopia in teenagers. Methods In 2014, according to the survey data of Chinese students’ constitutions and health, 261 833 and 257 061 primary and middle school students aged 7-22 years old with poor eyesight and myopia were respectively selected as subjects. The detection rates of poor eyesight and myopia were analyzed by using the software of ArcGIS 10.2 and SPSS 19.0 to describe the distribution features. Results The overall detection rates of poor eyesight and myopia in 7-22 years old students in China were 66.77% and 60.68%, respectively. The detection rate of poor eyesight in the age group of 7-9 years old, 10-12 years old, 13-15 years old, 16-18 years old and 19-22 years old was 10.71%, 17.27%, 23.34%, 25.18%, and 23.49%, the myopia rate was 10.39%, 17.60%, 23.30%, 25.79% and 22.92%; The detection rates of poor eyesight and myopia in female students were 63.42% and 64.06%, higher than 56.95% and 57.31% in male students. The detection rate of poor eyesight and myopia in urban areas were 70.98% and 62.92%, higher than 62.60% and 58.33% in rural areas. All with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion There are regional distribution differences of poor eyesight and myopia detection rates in 7-22 years old students in China. It is suggested that concerning departments should consider regional factors when formulating relevant policies, and actively take countermeasures for areas with high detection rates and prevalence of poor eyesight and myopia.
