      [摘要] 目的 通过调查研究中医院校医学生的职业认同感,从而了解其对医疗行业的职业认同程度,明确其在职业认同方面的具体情况,进而探讨提升中医院校医学生职业认同感的方法。 方法 随机选取2020—2021年长春中医药大学在读的本科生、研究生120名进行调查研究,具体从职业认同感的三个因子和六个维度进行整理,进而得出调查结果。 结果 中医院校医学生的职业认同感在职业价值认同、职业发展认同、职业能力认同方面均有不同,在理论学习阶段及临床实习阶段的职业认同感也有所差异,总体上在职业价值认同和职业能力认同方面较高,在职业发展认同方面较低。 结论 中医院校医学生的职业认同感在总体上处于中等偏上水平,但仍具有一定的上升空间。

      [Abstract] Objective To investigate and research the professional identity of medical students in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), so as to understand their degree of professional identity to the medical industry, clarify the specific situation of their professional identity, and then explore the methods to improve the professional identity of medical students in colleges and universities of TCM. Methods A total of 120 undergraduate and postgraduate students of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from 2020 to 2021 were randomly selected and investigated. The investigation was conducted from the three factors and six dimensions of professional identity, and then the survey results were obtained. Results The professional identity of medical students in colleges and universities of TCM was different in professional value identity, professional development identity and professional ability identity. There were also differences in professional identity at the stages of theoretical study and clinical internship. On the whole, there were higher identities of professional value and professional ability, and there was lower identity of professional development. Conclusion The professional identity of medical students in colleges and universities of TCM is generally in the upper-middle level, but there is still room for improvement.
