      [摘要] 目的 探讨微信平台辅助病案分组讨论教学法在妇产科住培带教中的应用效果。 方法 选取2019年9月至2020年1月重庆医科大学附属第一医院妇产科住培生共80名,根据随机数表法将其分为两组,每组各40名。对照组采用一对一导师带教学习,试验组采用微信平台辅助病案分组讨论教学法,两组住培生均实施为期半年的带教学习。比较两组住培生带教结束后实际操作能力、病案分析能力、理论成绩、住培生满意度及住培生对教学的新颖性、学生对疑难点掌握情况、学生的学习效率、适应性、记忆力、积极性、操作能力、团队协作能力、学习氛围、诊疗思维能力评分。 结果 试验组实际操作能力、病案分析能力和理论成绩明显高于对照组(P < 0.05);试验组住培生总满意度显著高于对照组(P < 0.05);试验组住培生对教学的新颖性、学生对疑难点掌握情况、学生的学习效率、适应性、记忆力、积极性、操作能力、团队协作能力、学习氛围、诊疗思维能力评分明显高于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 微信平台辅助病案分组讨论教学法可提高妇产科住培带教的教学质量和住培生满意度,且住培生对该教学模式评分较高。

      [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat platform-assisted group case discussion teaching in obstetrics and gynecology residency training. Methods A total of 80 obstetrics and gynecology residency trainees in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from September 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The trainees in the control group were taught one-to-one, while the trainees in the experimental group were taught through WeChat platform-assisted group case discussion. Both groups of trainees were taught for six months. At the end of the teaching, the practical operation ability, case analysis ability and theoretical performance, satisfaction of trainees with teaching, as well as scores in the novelty of the teaching, mastery of difficult points, learning efficiency, adaptability, memory, motivation, operational ability, teamwork ability, learning atmosphere and diagnosis-treatment thinking ability evaluated by the trainees were compared between the two groups. Results The practical operation ability, case analysis ability and theoretical performance of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The total satisfaction of the trainees in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The scores in the novelty of the teaching, mastery of difficult points, learning efficiency, adaptability, memory, motivation, operational ability, teamwork ability, learning atmosphere and diagnosis-treatment thinking ability evaluated by the trainees in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion WeChat platform-assisted group case discussion teaching can improve the teaching quality of obstetrics and gynecology residency training and the satisfaction of the trainees, and it obtains high scores from trainees.
